Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted per laws.
• Criminal histories considered in a manner consistent with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including office areas, common spaces, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report unauthorized access attempts, suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services as directed by site policy.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications to support ongoing security-related operations.
