• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen may be conducted as required by law.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel at a technology data center.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and badges.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the data center campus and perimeters.
• Observe and report unusual conditions and ensure compliance with client policies.
