Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Driver Patrol Support in Springfield, NE to protect government and other client sites. This unarmed role requires a valid driver’s license and a people-first service mindset to deter security incidents and assist customers.

You will perform patrols, monitor access points, document activity, and report issues to site leadership while delivering reliable customer service and professional communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors and the public while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and disturbances in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and verify visitor/contractor authorization.
• Communicate observations and security issues to site leadership.
