Qualifications

• Strong background in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Comprehensive safety knowledge: LOTO, confined space, PPE, hot work, PIT, fall protection, rigging.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs on a wide range of industrial equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues impacting safety, quality, and production efficiency.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance using condition-monitoring tools (infrared, oil analysis, basic ultrasonics).
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams and mentor entry-level technicians.
