The position supports PM/PdM activities and collaborates with the maintenance team to drive reliability. The right candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, hands-on aptitude with mechanical systems, and experience with CMMS documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong background in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Proven mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of safety practices including LOTO and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs on a wide range of industrial equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues impacting safety, quality, and production efficiency.
• Perform scheduled inspections, lubrication, and component replacements.
• Complete work orders and support plant initiatives for reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams and mentor junior technicians.
