Job summary

NEOTISS is seeking a Manufacturing Technician/Line Operator for the night shift in Morristown, TN. The role involves setting up and operating complex production equipment, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring quality production in a fast-paced environment. Initial training will occur on the day shift for 2–3 months.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, with starting pay of $21.95 per hour plus a shift premium. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical proficiency and ability to interpret measurements.
• Understanding of quality and safety standards in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret precision instruments and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate complex production equipment on night shift.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of machinery.
• Complete production documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow PPE rules.
• Collaborate with team members and support other departments as needed.
• Willingness to train on day shift for 2–3 months prior to night shift.
