The Timken Company, a long-standing U.S. manufacturer, is hiring a Machine Operator for the TS Grind team in Iron Station, NC. This full-time night shift (9pm–7am, Mon–Thu) offers hands-on setup, operation, and troubleshooting of machinery to meet precise specifications.

You will monitor performance, perform routine inspections, maintain records, and collaborate with colleagues to hit production goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates, sets up, and troubleshoots machinery per procedures.
• Calibrates equipment and monitors production schedules.
• Inspects products and records quantities and performance.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborates with team to meet production goals.
