Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Sleep Medicine Technologist for a 13-week night shift travel assignment in Missouri. Requires RPSGT certification or Missouri Respiratory Care Practitioner license and 1+ year of Sleep Medicine experience. Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, EPIC EMR is used, and candidate must have a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• RPSGT certification and/or Missouri Respiratory Care Practitioner license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Sleep Medicine experience.
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required.

Responsibilities

• Perform polysomnographic studies independently in an acute care hospital setting.
• Night shift on a 13-week travel assignment from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Hook up patients, monitor recordings, score data, and perform CPAP/BiPAP titrations.
• Operate within facility mission, values and service standards; use EPIC EMR.
• Local candidates within 50 miles considered with contract limitations.
