Qualifications

• RRT or CRT credential from NBRC
• Oregon RT license (RT-P license if applicable)
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NRP and PALS preferred; neonatal experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Three years' technical experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years in specialty with recent experience
• EPIC experience documented

Responsibilities

• Assess and document appropriateness of prescribed respiratory therapy
• Administer aerosol and oxygen therapy while maintaining charts
• Draw arterial blood gases per policy and orders
• Provide care to ventilator patients
• Assist in department records and supervise/train staff as needed
• Document care and generate necessary charges
