Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for Med Surg/Telemetry in Columbia, SC, working 36 hours/week on a 12-hour night shift in LTAC. This 13-week contract requires active RN licensure, 2+ years in Med-Surg/Telemetry, LTAC experience preferred, and NIHSS/BLS/ACLS certifications, plus EPIC EMR usage.

Responsibilities include ongoing patient assessment, wound care, dysrhythmia management, medication administration, and discharge planning, with support from ARMStaffing’s clinical team and travel

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Medical-Surgical and Telemetry experience.
• LTAC nursing experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory.
• At least 1 year of experience with EPIC EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to LTAC patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including wound care and dysrhythmia management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and therapies per physician orders and protocols.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
