ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Med Surg in Knoxville, TN for a 13-week assignment, 36 hours per week on a night 12-hour shift. You will float across units under supervision, delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years of RN experience in acute care, Tennessee (or multi-state) licensure, and BLS certification. Cerner EMR proficiency is mandatory, with travel benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in an acute care hospital.
• Active TN license or multi-state license for RN.
• BLS certification required.
• Cerner EMR experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment.
• Assist with patient assessments, care planning, and implementation of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the nursing supervisor.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner EMR.
• Float to various units based on staffing needs (Medical, Surgical, Trauma, Oncology, etc.).
