Qualifications

• Inpatient pharmacy experience required, 1 year minimum.
• Active Missouri pharmacist license; pending OK with offer.
• PharmD or RPh credential; BLS preferred.
• Knowledge of dosing, anticoagulation, renal/pediatric dosing.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders accurately for a diverse inpatient population.
• Prepare IV medications and manage unit-dose systems.
• Provide clinical dosing support and therapeutic monitoring.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and care teams overnight.
