Charting system: Meditech. Pay: $3,028 to $3,241 weekly. Requirements include 1 year experience and credentials in pharmacotherapy, with skills spanning antibiotics, renal dosing, sterile techniques and high-alert medications.

Qualifications

• 1 Year of experience required in inpatient/acute care settings.
• Experience with clinical dosing and therapeutic monitoring.
• Active pharmacist license and related certifications.
