Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., seeks candidates for a warehouse associate. The role involves loading/unloading tires and auto parts, using forklifts and scanners, and supporting inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionally, with occasional 25-foot work heights and overtime as needed. Safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
• Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical aids for tires.
• Exert pushing force up to 40 pounds with barrels and industrial tires.
• Work at heights of up to 25 feet and operate equipment safely.
• Be on the move; stand for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of safety and adherence to procedures.
• May assist other departments (ecomm, inventory, will call) as needed.
• Duties may include other tasks as requested by supervisor.
