RTP Company is seeking a dedicated extrusion operator to set up and run thermoplastic extrusion equipment, blending and packaging materials for customer products. The role requires attentiveness, safety focus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment on the Dayton, NV site.

The position involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 60 lbs, and overtime as needed. Prior manufacturing experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, start, and operate extrusion machinery according to procedures.
• Weigh ingredients and feed into machinery as required.
• Monitor production and equipment for safe, efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processing issues.
• Inspect materials for conformance to standards.
• Document logs, data reports, and procedures as required.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
• Assist with training and continual improvement processes.
