Job summary

Clorox Rogers, AR is hiring a Technical Process Operator to operate and maintain packaging and production equipment for plastic bags and wrap. Night shift (6 PM–6 AM) on a 2-2-3 schedule with weekends and holidays as required.

Starting pay is $22.60/hour plus a $1.25/night shift premium, with a safety-sensitive environment. You will perform equipment setup, troubleshooting, data entry, and housekeeping while following SOPs.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Eligible for legal employment in the US
• High school diploma or equivalent
• We seek diverse backgrounds and value practical experience over a degree

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment and processes according to specifications and SOPs
• Keep raw materials, commodities, cartons, cases, and glue stocked during production
• Process scrap materials according to procedures
• Perform routine mechanical and maintenance tasks per training
• Remove or replace equipment parts using hand tools
• Troubleshoot equipment and process failures
• Enter quality and production data into computer systems
• Complete required paperwork accurately
• Train other TPOs as needed
