Job summary

Clorox Rogers, AR is seeking a Technical Process Operator to operate and maintain packaging equipment for plastic bags and wrap. Shifts start on nights (6P–6A) with a 2-2-3 schedule including holidays and weekends. Starting pay is $22.60/hour plus $1.25/hour night shift premium.

The role includes safety, quality and data entry responsibilities in a manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates are at least 18, legally eligible to work in the US, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment and processes per SOPs.
• Keep raw materials and supplies stocked during production.
• Process scrap materials following procedures.
• Perform routine mechanical and maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process failures.
• Complete required paperwork accurately.
• Enter quality and production data into computer systems.
• Maintain housekeeping and organize the work area.
• Train other technicians.
