Job summary

The GIANT Company is hiring for a store operations role at our Kutztown location. The incumbent will enter orders, schedule work, supervise and train team members, receive, store, and stock items, check dates, and adjust pricing for items going out of code.

Additional department duties may be assigned as needed. Qualified candidates will be able to perform required duties, lift up to 50 lbs, and comply with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to read and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at shift start and prepare with required PPE.
• Unload trucks, break down loads, and move items to the floor.
• Stock shelves and manage backstock, ensuring store appearance.
• Break down cardboard, fold, and bale waste material.
