Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a Store/Department associate to enter orders, schedule work shifts, and supervise team members as needed. You will receive, store, stock items, check dates, adjust prices, and perform department tasks to support efficient store operations.

Responsibilities include reviewing daily schedules, stocking shelves, and maintaining organized displays while adhering to safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete job duties.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at shift start, check equipment and PPE, and prepare for duties.
• Unload truck, break down loads, create U-boats, and push them to the floor.
• Stock shelves, handle backstock, and present the store.
• Break down cardboard, fold it flat, and bale cardboard.
