Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, seeks a Technician II (Synthesis) to synthesize custom oligonucleotides per customer specs at our Coralville, IA facility. This on-site role reports to the Supervisor, Rachel Curry, inside the Tubes N Formulated Research Products Value Stream.

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 9PM-7:30AM. The role includes QC sampling, packaging, and final product preparation with a focus on compliance and safety. IDT offers benefits and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a science-related field or 18 months of lab experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with computer skills with the ability to accurately use SOPs/aids in the safety minded production of oligonucleotides.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture by transforming raw materials into final oligonucleotide products, including decontamination, product transfer, and software maintenance connections.
• Operate lab instruments following work instructions and SOPs, adhering to company policies.
• Support daily management using data to drive problem solving and suggest countermeasures.
