Job summary

Carolina Sweepers is hiring a Sweeper Truck Operator for third shift (overnight) in the Charleston area. You will drive company vehicles, operate light equipment, and keep parking areas clean for commercial properties. Training is provided; no prior experience required.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, ability to work outdoors in all weather, and willingness to work weekends/holidays. Rustproofing and safety standards are emphasized, with emphasis on independent work on route.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Active driver license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Available to work 9:00pm–end of route (early morning).
• Ability to send emails and use technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive a sweeper truck to clean commercial parking lots.
• Operate a backpack blower and other light tools.
• Empty and replace trash can liners.
• Hand-pick litter and debris to keep areas clean.
• Complete paperwork and use a mobile app to check in/out.
• Travel to various client sites, including longer routes.
• Keep company vehicle clean and in good condition.
