Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all clinical operations, supervise nursing staff, and monitor patient care.
  • Manage staff including charge nurses, nurse aides, and clinical support personnel.
  • Coordinate shift operations, schedule staff, and ensure full patient coverage.
  • Support patient care and treatment, supervise clinical team members, and establish patient treatment plans.
  • Monitor patient symptoms, communicate with healthcare professionals, and educate patients on health maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and facilitate referrals.
Qualifications:
  • RN in good standing.
  • Familiarity with medical software and equipment.
  • Excellent rapport-building skills with patients.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
