Job summary

CC Holdings is seeking Night Supervisors for Au Bon Pain at the Methodist Hospital location in Indianapolis. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in the food industry and be ready to cover the 3:00pm–11:00pm shift, seven days a week, with flexibility.

Starting rate up to $18.00 per hour. Positions available both full-time and part-time, with weekly pay, paid training, and benefits. The role includes supervising sandwich artists, cashiers, and CSRs to ensure quality and service.

Qualifications

• Fully vaccinated including COVID-19
• Supervisory experience in the food industry preferred
• Shifts available seven days a week 3:00pm–11:00pm; flexible availability

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily activities and staff during shifts
• Maximizes customer satisfaction by handling requests or complaints
• Maintains a tidy, stocked workspace and ensures smooth service
• Performs sandwich artist/cashier/CSR tasks as needed
• Processes transactions on the point-of-sale system
