CC Holdings, Inc. is hiring for part-time Barista/Cashier positions at Au Bon Pain Café inside Methodist Hospital. Shifts run seven days a week with varied times; starting wage is $13 per hour plus experience-based increases, with weekly pay and benefits eligibility.

You will prepare beverages, operate the POS, educate guests on menus, upsell items, and provide friendly service in a fast-paced environment. Prior cafe or CSR experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Prior barista, cashier and CSR experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages (coffee, espresso, tea, smoothies) in a timely, sanitary manner.
• Process cash, debit and credit transactions on POS.
• Balance cash drawer and provide accurate change.
• Offer menu education and upsell items to guests.
• Greet customers and deliver friendly, efficient service.
