Job summary

Wells in Texas is seeking a hands‑on, safety‑driven individual to prepare and strip panels in a production setting. You will remove nails, clean debris, and ensure panels are ready for finishing while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

The role supports physical work, with up to 12‑hour shifts, lifting up to 75 lbs, and strict adherence to safety practices, teamwork, and reliability. Training is provided to ensure quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Self-starter with a high level of motivation.
• Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and strong manual dexterity with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify rails, bullheads, and kickers are removed before stripping the panel.
• Ensure all nails are removed from the mold materials.
• Smooth concrete edges with a hand stone prior to stripping the panel.
• Inspect all rigging before use.
• Help clean the production area after the stripping process.
• Assist in preparing panels for final finishing in the yard.
• Support special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
• Complete all assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
