Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead store teams with high-energy hospitality and a positive attitude. You’ll mentor staff, ensure efficient service, and maintain product availability while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Weekly responsibilities include greeting customers, preparing orders to exact specifications, and coaching teammates to perform at their best. Evening shifts may include a special hourly increase.

Qualificações

• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor's to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goods in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep things clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
