Job summary

Sheetz is hiring for a team member role in Greensburg, IN. The position emphasizes delivering top-tier customer service and preparing ready-to-order food and beverages to customer specifications with safety and speed.

You will help coach teammates, ensure product availability, and keep the store clean and organized. The role offers an evening/overnight shift with a starting pay of $17.50 per hour, plus an additional $1.50 per hour for night hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide top-tier customer service and greet customers warmly.
• Ability to multi-task while standing for long periods and lifting up to 20 pounds, with assistance for 40 pounds.
• Demonstrates teamwork and the ability to coach or mentor fellow team members when needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages per customer specifications, safely and efficiently.
• Mentor and support team members to prioritize tasks and work cohesively.
• Monitor merchandise, stock, and store cleanliness to ensure availability and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.
