Buc-ee’s, Ltd. is seeking a Night Manager to ensure a clean, friendly, and in-stock store for customers in Fort Valley, GA. The role requires supervising staff, maintaining product quality, and delivering excellent customer service.

The position offers a pay rate of $33.00 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision benefits, plus 3 weeks of paid time off and a 401(k) plan with 100% match up to 6%. Night shifts require flexibility, and applicants must work a rotating schedule. Buc-ee’s, Ltd.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage store personnel and promote customer service.
• Ability to understand and apply federal, state, and local retail employment laws.
• Prolonged walking/standing for 8–12 hours; ability to lift loads up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Perform duties and responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence.
• Illustrate knowledge of POS and transactional devices.
• Reconcile multiple shift reports.
• Resolve customer issues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assign and inspect items on shift duty list.
• Communicate with Store General Manager and employees.
• Maintain safety rules and regulations.
