You’ll contribute to store operations, food/beverage prep, and customer interactions in a high-energy environment. We offer a $1.50/hr night differential for 10pm–6am, quarterly bonuses based on company performance, PTO and parental leave, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, full medical/vision/dental, and employee stock ownership as part of our growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, stand/bend for extended periods, lift up to 20 lb, assist others with up to 40 lb.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food/beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach teammates to prioritize tasks as a team.
