Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, firearms CBC and training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams effectively through training and feedback.
• Manage customer service initiatives and ensure high-quality customer experience.
• Drive store financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Coordinate plans with stakeholders and ensure staffing to meet business needs.
• Create a culture of belonging and ensure respectful workplace for associates.
