Job summary

Meijer in Michigan is seeking a team member to stock shelves and move merchandise from pallets to correct locations. You will work with pallet jacks or forklifts when needed and follow store procedures to keep areas organized and ready for the day.

This role requires physical efforts, overnight shifts, and a collaborative approach to maintain safe, clean aisles and provide friendly service to customers as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts.
• Comfortable using basic technology and following store procedures.
• Ability to work well in a team and support shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
