Job summary

WinCo Foods is a growing family of over 140 supermarkets in 10 states with more than 22,000 employee owners. We maintain stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring products are rotated and displayed correctly while delivering friendly customer service.

Shifts run 6-8 hours between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am in a 24/7 operation. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork to serve customers and store needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Handlers Certification is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work nights in a 24/7 operation.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Seeks opportunities to welcome, engage, serve and thank customers.
• Stock, rotates and faces product; discard outdated items.
• Builds product displays and operates pallet jacks.
• Maintains a safe, secure and sanitary work environment.
• Orders products and prices merchandise.
• Performs duties with honesty and integrity.
• May train other employees.
