Job summary

PACS Group is seeking compassionate Full-Time Night Shift STNAs to join Hillsboro Post Acute in Hillsboro, OH. You will provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, answer call lights, and monitor residents overnight.

The role emphasizes teamwork with nurses, safety, and a respectful, patient-centered approach. Current Ohio STNA certification is required; long-term care experience is a plus, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio STNA certification.

• Ability to work effectively during overnight hours.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care with dignity, kindness, and compassion.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Answer call lights promptly and address resident needs.
• Monitor residents throughout the night and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Help create a calm, comfortable, and safe environment for residents.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care.
