Job summary

Marietta Heights Post Acute in Marietta, GA is seeking a full-time STNA to provide direct, compassionate resident care and support daily living activities. You’ll take vital signs, document care, assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, and respond to call lights with empathy.

You will work with nurses, therapists, and other team members to deliver exceptional care in a supportive environment. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely.
• Long-term care or post-acute experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents while promoting dignity and independence.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Take and record vital signs and accurately document resident care.
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs with compassion.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
• Assist with meal service, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other team members to provide exceptional care.
