Job summary

Genacross Lutheran Services is seeking a part-time STNA for night shifts in Napoleon, OH. This role involves 12-hour shifts on Mondays, delivering essential resident care including toileting, showers, feeding, and daily living activities.

Qualified candidates have an active Ohio STNA certification, are at least 18, and have good communication and documentation skills. Eligible employees receive comprehensive benefits and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Ohio STNA certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in a long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality personal care to ensure residents are comfortable and receive high-quality care.
• Complete administrative requirements and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist residents during admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Follow care plans and support residents’ individual needs.
• Report abuse/neglect to appropriate leadership.
• Report hazardous incidents to the manager/supervisor.
