Becton, Dickinson, and Company in Connecticut is seeking a skilled manufacturing operator for night shift (7 PM–7 AM). You will operate and troubleshoot production equipment, maintain quality standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily output and safety targets.

The role requires forklift certification and at least one year of manufacturing or warehouse experience, with a preference for candidates holding a HS Diploma or GED.

Formación

• Must be able to pass forklift certification.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing/warehouse experience.
• HS Diploma or GED required or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Operate machines to manufacture product that meets quality specifications and output targets.
• Repair, adjust and troubleshoot machinery, including dismantling and replacing parts.
• Coordinate with engineers, controls, tool room as needed.
• Attend to PM tasks and support corrective maintenance strategies.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and comply with GMP requirements.
• Be able to work overtime and rotate through at least three department positions as needed.
