Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician for Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH. The role is full-time nights (10pm–6:30am) with rotating weekends after training and a sign-on bonus for experienced techs.

You will sterilize surgical instruments, support OR and outpatient areas, and participate in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Responsibilities include instrument decontamination, tray preparation, and stock management, with attention to regulatory standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• CRCST certification required within first year of employment.
• 1–2 years of related Sterile Processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sterilize medical instruments and equipment following established procedures.
• Reset instrument sets accurately and efficiently.
• Decontaminate instruments and equipment per protocol.
• Maintain Central Sterile Department stock levels.
• Prepare and assemble surgical trays per listings; communicate repairs as needed.
