Job summary

Lineage in Terrell, TX is seeking a Night Shift Forklift Operator to move palletized products in cold and dry storage environments and to support outbound shipments using RF systems. You will load, unload, and stage pallets, perform daily forklift checks, and help maintain safe battery charging practices.

Requirements include lifting at least 40 lbs, working the 12AM–8:30AM shift, and adapting to varying temperatures with provided PPE. Full benefits and PTO accompany this role at Lineage.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Able to understand instructions in Lineage Logistics' official language.
• Able to work in cold storage (-20F) and dry storage up to 100F with PPE.
• Must lift at least 40 lbs (18 kgs).
• Flexible shift availability, including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units out of rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment.
• Choose and record materials, weight, counts, and condition of food items via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge, maintain, and clean batteries, and leave material handling equipment at the proper charging station.
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.
