Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Warehouse Stand Up Forklift Operator. You will operate stand-up forklifts, load/unload trailers, and pick/pack orders for snack foods.

The role requires forklift certification, basic math in English, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Night shift is Wednesday-Saturday 10:00pm–8:30am with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Powered industrial truck certification required.
• Ability to read, do basic mathematics in English for safety and instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and ensure scanning is correct.
• Train dock employees on new procedures and maintain security at shift end.
• Perform picking and packing duties and address scanning issues.
• Carry out material moves and perform housekeeping in assigned area.
• Participate in team activities to improve warehouse operations.
