Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care and services to patients/families.
• Directs licensed practical nurses and nursing assistive personnel.
• Delegates nursing care according to guidelines and policies.
• Administers medications.
• Teaches and mentors LPNs and nursing staff.
• Acts as resource nurse and preceptor.
• Takes charge duties as assigned.
• Ensures quality of nursing rendered and adequacy of care.
