Sutter Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the SRMC-Sutter Roseville Med Center in California. The role focuses on assessing, coordinating, delivering and evaluating nursing care in an acute setting, with emphasis on patient education and transitions of care.

Responsibilities include holistic care, collaboration with physicians and the care team, adherence to policies, and maintaining PHI privacy. Nights, full-time, 36 hours weekly, with every-other weekend schedule.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure in the state where care is provided.
• BLS Basic Life Support certification.
• NRP within 30 days; ACLS within 30 days; Fetal Monitoring Certificate.
• 6 months of bedside RN experience in the last two years.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, coordinate, deliver and evaluate nursing care in an acute setting.
• Provide direct patient care and patient/family education.
• Coordinate a care plan incorporating psychosocial factors.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team through effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, standards and regulations to optimize patient experience.
