Job summary

4over is hiring a Stacker in Los Angeles, CA. The role stacks packed boxes onto pallets for shipment and ensures proper labeling and timely pickup. Schedule is 3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday, 8:00 PM–4:30 AM with overtime as needed.

Salary ranges from $21.42 to $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months experience in manufacturing, warehousing, shipping or material handling.
• Strong attention to detail, good physical stamina in a fast-paced warehouse.
• No prior direct experience required.

Responsibilities

• Receive packed boxes and stack on skids securely.
• Build pallets safely and efficiently to prevent damage.
• Wrap and label pallets for carrier pickups (UPS, FedEx).
• Verify counts and shipping info against orders and slips.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks as needed.
• Communicate issues or delays to Shipping Supervisor or Team Lead.
• Complete required paperwork and records.
• Perform general housekeeping in work areas.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE as required.
• Attend department/company meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
