Job summary

Monroechamber is seeking an Operator for a 12-hour night shift (6:00pm–6:00am) at our Beloit, Wisconsin facility. The role involves following safety protocols, performing quality checks, and operating spray dryer systems to meet production schedules.

You will document production data using BatchMetrics, assist batchers and packers, and perform routine sanitation and minor mechanical troubleshooting. This is a potential to hire position with equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Follow safety protocols, PPE requirements, LOTO.
• Conduct quality checks (moisture, particle size, density).
• Document production data and deviations using BatchMetrics.
• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting as needed.
• Coordinate with batchers and packers to maintain spec compliance.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, LOTO, and hazard controls.
• Report safety hazards, equipment issues, and near-miss incidences immediately.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and other relevant standards.
• Sanitarily collect product samples, complete quality checks, and record results using BatchMetrics.
• Set up, start, operate, and shut down spray dryer systems according to schedule and specs.
• Monitor temperatures, flows, pressures, and rates to optimize dryer performance.
• Document production data, downtime, and deviations using BatchMetrics.
• Provide direction to batchers and packers to ensure process compliance.
