Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Specimen Technician I for a 2-month assignment in Cleveland, OH. This role supports the Specimen Processing Department, handling data entry and a range of lab support tasks during the night shift.

Ideal candidates have strong data-entry skills, the ability to learn compliance requirements, and flexibility to work weekends or on-call. Safety awareness and accurate workmanship are essential in this production environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer literacy and awareness of laboratory testing.
• No experience required but previous laboratory experience preferred.
• Production environment experience preferred.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and support functions in Specimen Processing.
• Assist with A-station, presort, imaging, centrifugation and aliquoting.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with safety policies.
• Rotate shifts and support weekend/holidays as needed.
• Maintain neat, safe work area and effective communication.
