Job summary

MercyOne Dubuque seeks a Sonographer to perform ultrasound exams across OB/GYN, abdominal, breast and other small parts. The role includes assisting radiologists, training students and staff, and upholding our Mission and Values in daily practice.

Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus are available. The position is a full-time night-shift role with 36 hours per week, Friday through Sunday, 6:00 pm to 6:30 am.

Qualifications

• Registered or board-eligible with ARDMS within one year of hire.
• ARDMS preferred; ARRT or CCI accepted as alternatives.
• Maintains active ARDMS registry with CME requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire and every 2 years.
• Mandatory reporter training for abuse within six months of hire and every three years.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound exams including OB/GYN, abdominal, breast and small parts.
• Assist radiologist in interpreting studies.
• Provide technical instruction to students and staff.
• Uphold Trinity Health Mission, Vision, Values and Promise in daily work.
