Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school AND a minimum of three years of construction experience.
• Experience in the light/heavy industrial sector, especially food and beverage market, highly desired.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Function as overall Site Manager during off rotation.
• Assist in developing scopes of work and project schedule.
• Solicit prices from subcontractors and prepare various reports.
