Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions in Greer, SC seeks a Sr. Site Leader to oversee a site and lead a team of Site Leaders, driving quality service and safety while maintaining productive operations.

You will establish customer relationships, coordinate missions, supervise staffing, train inspectors, perform audits, and generate reports in TRIGO portals to ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience in a supervisory role
• 1+ year in a Quality related position
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and site personnel
• Daily communications with various stakeholders at the site level
• Set up and supervise missions
• Staffing of missions
• Training and validate inspectors
• Coordinate changes in missions
• Isolate, tag and verify nonconforming material
• Conduct ongoing audits of effectiveness of work being performed
• Perform visual, mechanical, and functional verifications to ensure compliance to quality standards and specifications
• Make independent judgments for subjective scenarios
• Work as an inspector when required
• Demonstrates commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents
• Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies
