Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in shipping, production, or warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of shipping procedures and ERP systems.
• Experience with heavy material handling, forklifts, cranes, and load securement.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily shipping department activities including order picking, packaging, staging, and loading of aluminum extrusions.
• Ensure proper packing, handling, stacking, loading, and securing of long and heavy profiles to prevent damage during transit.
• Monitor and supervise pack teams to meet customer delivery deadlines.
• Direct, train, and support department personnel to achieve performance and safety goals.
