Job summary

Melaleuca is hiring Full-Time Shipping/Distribution Team Members for our Knoxville Distribution Center. The role features a 3:00pm–11:30pm shift, Monday through Friday, with occasional 4-5 day peak periods ending at 1:30am. Starting pay is $16.40 per hour with potential increases based on experience.

Qualifications

• Dependable with exceptional attendance and punctuality.
• Able to read, write, and follow established procedures.
• Able to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Able to stand or walk for the duration of the shift.
• Able to lift 35 lbs regularly and consistently over the duration of the shift.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packaging products for distribution—items located behind each station.
• Visual inspection and auditing for accuracy.
• Pack and ship products for customer orders in a fast-paced environment.
• There is no experience required – we will train you!
