Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Previous experience as a Food Server or Cocktail Server preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to engage guests professionally.
• Must possess a valid Alcohol Awareness Card.
• Must possess a valid Health Card issued by the Southern Nevada Health District.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must understand spirits/beer/wine and brand recognition.
• Able to reach, stoop, bend, lift, and clean during shifts.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests sincerely with a smile and eye contact, providing superior service.
• Efficiently serve food and beverages following service standards.
• Know menu items and upsell to guests.
• Set up service station at start of shift and break down at end of shift.
• Clean and restock stations, glassware, and service items; maintain sanitation.
• Assist in maintaining restaurant cleanliness and presentation.
• Restock garnish trays, ice bins, plates, glasses, flatware, and napkins; change beer kegs and soda BIBs.
• Deliver food to tables and announce each item.
• Bus tables as needed throughout the restaurant.
• Cut fruit and garnishes to specifications for use on items.
• Perform assigned side work and sanitation tasks.
• Empty trash to maintain sanitation standards.
• Market FINE ENTERTAINMENT venues by collecting guest information for marketing.
• Adhere to all health district guidelines and company policies.
